A regular meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on Tuesday,
December 27, 1960 at 10:00 A.M. All members were present. Minutes
of the last regular meeting were read and approved. Vouchers were approved
and ordered paid to the various suppliers.
BUILDING DEPARTMENT ;(SUB -STANDARD DIVISION)
Comes now Verner Lane, Buiidihg,Dep�rtmeht,�:Commissinner, with reference
to property located at 1059 Burns Street, owned by Rev. R. D. Wilson.
Rev. Wilson has been ordered to bring property up to standard but has
failed to do so. Mr. Lane requestdd the Board to grant him permission to
request Rev. Wilson to come before the Board to show cause why some
action has not been taken on this property and why it should not now be
demolished.
Request granted and Rev. Lane is hereby directed, through the Building
Department, to appear before the,Board on January 3, 1961 at 10:00 A.M.
STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT
A Street Light Outage Report was accepted by the Board and ordered`pliced
on file.
POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORT
A Report for the Month of November, 1960 from the Police Department was
accepted by the Board and ordered placed on file.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting
was adjourned at'11:00 A.M. ,
