12, 1960 at 10:00 A.M. All members were present. Minutes of the previous
regular meeting were read and approved. Vouchers were approved and ordered
paid to the various suppliers.
BUILDING DEPARTMENT -SUB-STANDARD DIVISION
Comes now lawrepc6.Serkes, an officer authorized to act for the Reality
Corporation and states that he is acting for the agent, HarveycG.`'Vahee,
reference to a house at 203 Keasey Street and asks the Board for a con-
tinuance until the 15th of January, 1961 at which time the house will be
demolished. Request was granted and a report of same is to be brought
to the Board's attention on the 16th day of January, 1961.
David and Clara Wright appeared before the Board and requested the Board
for more time to demolish the structure at 719 1K. Dunn Street. 3t was
the decision of the Board that a continuance be given until January 30,
1961 at which time said building must be demolished.
WEIGHTS & MEASLRES REPORT
Comes now Bert Cichowicz, of the Department of Weights & Measures, with
a Report for the month of November, 1960. The Report was reviewed by
the Board, accepted and ordered placed on file.
SPECIAL POLICE BOND
Special Police Bond for Glen Francis Lowry was approved by the
ordered placed on file.
FIRE DEPARTMENT APPLICATION
An application for the Fire Department from Clement
was accepted and ordered placed on file.
ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT
The Board approved the recommendation of Nicholas
of the Electrical Department, for the installation

430 S. Jackson Street

OUTAGE REPORT
A Street Light Outage Report was examined by the
on file.

RE: SUB -STANDARD DIVISION BUILDING DEPARTMENT
With further reference to the demolition of structure at 203 E. Keasey
Street, a letter from Allen E. Schrager, Attorney -At -Law concerning this
property was presented to the Board. The letter explains action of
Mr. Schrager with Foley Adjustment Bureau in connection with settlemend
of a recent fire and requests a continuance of 30 days which, as shown
above, was granted. The letter was ordered placed on file.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was
adjourned at 11:00 A.M.
