Dear Board Members,
The Central Services Division requests your permission to advertise for three (3) more or less
2017 or Newer Four Door Hybrid Utility Vehicles for the Building'Dept. These units will be
funded by the 2017 Building Dept. Capital Lease Principal & Interest.
We ask the board to proceed with all necessary legal requirements and post notice of the attached
specifications to all qualified vendors.
