Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council
The March 8, 2017 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called
to order by Council President Tim Scott at 5:00 p.m. in the Council's Informal
Meeting Room to interview prospective candidates for the South Bend Common
Council Attorney position.
Persons in attendance included Council Members Tim Scott, Jo M. Broden, Karen
White, Gavin Ferlic, John Voorde, Interim Council Attorney Aladean DeRose, Talent
Manager Christine Villaire, and Legislative Assistant Adriana Rodriguez.
Randy Kelly The Executive Session was called pursuant to the "Notice" dated March 6, 2017
Third District (attached) which states in part that the meeting is being held pursuant to Indiana Code
(ODL § 6.1(b)(5)) to receive information about and interview prospective employees.

NOTICE
An Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council will be held on
Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at 5:00 P.M., 5:45 P.M., AND 6:30 P.M. in the
Council Informal Meeting Room on the 4th Floor of the County -City Building, 227
W. Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, IN 46601.
This Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code (ODL § 6.1(b)(5)) to
receive information about and interview prospective employees.
