Committee Chair Gavin Ferlic called the meeting to order with one (1) item on the agenda.
Bill No. 16 -86 — Waiver of non - compliance by Noble Americas South Bend Ethanol, LLC
Committeemember Regina Williams- Preston made a motion to continue Bill No. 16 -86 until
November 28, 2016 and Committeee Chair Gavin Ferlic seconded, which carried by a voice vote
of two (2) ayes.
With no further items on the agenda, Committee Chair Gavin Ferlic adjourned the meeting at
3:32 p.m.
