A regular meeting of the Board of Public
Safety was held on Monday, August 249 1959
at 10:00 A.M. All members were
present.-
Minutes of the previous regular

31, September 1, and 2.
After due consideration and study of the bids for the Police Department, the Board_
recommends that the bid be awarded to Freeman Spicer as follows:

There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was called
