A regular meeting of.the.Board of Public Safety was heidon Monday, April 27, 1959
at 10:00 A.M. All members were present. Minutes of the previous regular meeting
were read and approved. Claims in the total amount of $11,375.90 were approved
and ordered paid to the following suppliers:

Comes now Walter Malone, 123 S. Dundee on appeal from order of the Building Dept.
for demolition of structure located at 123 S. Dundee and informs the Board that he
would like permission to repair said structure to meet with Bldg. Code requirements
and further that he will submit his plans and specifications for these repairs to
the.Building Department for approval on or before the llth day of May, 1959.
The Building Department is authorized to advertise for bids for demolition of struc-
ture located at 1810 South Olive Street.
The monthly report for March, 1959 of the Police Department is hereby accepted and
placed on file.
'Permission is hereby granted to Sgt. Richard Badics to attend a Motorola Two -Way
Service School at the Motorola Plant, 4916 W. Flournoy Street, Chicago, Illinois
for the period of July 6th through July loth, 1959.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned
at 10:30 A.M.
