Proofs of publication in the South Bend Tribune with an affidavit signed by Robert DeLong and in thq Record with an affidavit signed by W. DeCanio were submitted to the Board and found sufficient. The bids re- ceived read as follows: Freeman Spicer Company 520 S. Lafayette South Bend, Indiana A non -collusion affidavit and a certified checkin the amount of $520.00 accompanied the bid. Jefferson South Bend, Indiana A non- collusion affidavit and a certified check in the amount of $500.00 accompanied the bid. Three (3) 1959 Studebaker Lark V8 4-door Deluxe Sedans Total for 3 units ---------- $49676.93 The bids will be taken under advisement and will be awarded at the next regular meeting of the Board.
