1959 at 10:00 A.M. All members were present.

Applications for the Police Auxiliary School Patrol were examined and placed on
file for Alice Wintrode.
The time now being after 10:00 A.M. it was so announced and the bids for the Police
Department were opened and read aloud. Proofs of publication in the South Bend Tri-
bune with an affidavit signed by Robert DeLong and in the Record with an affidavit
signed by W. DeCanio were submitted to the Board and found sufficient. The bids re-
ceived read as follows:

South Bend, Indiana accompanied the bid.
Two (2) 1959 VW4 Studebaker Lark 4-door Sedans

Total net delivered price for 3 units------ $4947.72
Newman Altman Company A non -collusion affidavit and a certi-

Total net difference for 3 units=---------$5195.96
The bids will be taken under advisement until next Monday, February9, 1959 and will
be awarded then.
There being no other business to come before the Board, the meeting 4cledad-
journed at 10:45 A.M.
