A regular meeting of the Board gf Public Safety was held on Monday, December 22,
1958 at 10:00 A.M. All members were present.. Minutes of the previous regular
meeting were read and approved. Claims in the total amount of $6259.85 were
approved and ordered paid to the following suppliers:

Comes now Mr. Russell Fisher, Attorney for Henry and.Sarah Rogers, 101.S. Kentucky
in regards to the condemnation order issued to said Rogers on a structure located
on their property and Mr. Fisher informs the Board at this time that the repair i-
tems on this building as previously issued by the Building Commissioner have all been
taken care of except a couple items due to weather conditions. Mr. Lane recommends
to the Board that in view of weather conditions additional time should be given to
complete this project. Board now grants a period until March 2, 1959 for completion.
The montly reports of the Weights & Measures Department and the Police Department
for November, 1953 are hereby accepted and placed on file in the office of the
Board.
Special police bond for James Shields is hereby approved and placed on file.
There being no further business to come before the Board, it was so'Announced and
the meeting was adjourned at 10:45 A.M.
