O'Brien Street There being no further business to come before the Board, it was so announced and the meeting was adjourned at 10:20.A.M. Applications for the Police Department were examined and placed on file for Ralph Florkowski. A letter is hereby received from Sarah Rogers in regards to a condemnation order issued to her and after study of said letter, the Board now directs the Building Department to notify Sarah Rogers and arrange for-a--hearkng=beufor=e.the Board of Public Works & Safety next Monday, October 27, 1958 at 10:00 A.M. Comes now a one Mr. William Farabaugh, Attorney on behalf of Victor and Marie Smet, 625 East Farneman. Said Farabuagh's have been issued a condemnation order on a dwelling at this location and Mr. Farabaugh at this time requests that no action be taken on the matter and that presently the dwelling is inhabited. Further the building will be striped to minimum code requirements and then will be sold. The Board now directs the Building Commissioner to take necessary steps to see that the building is not occupied during the time until this is done so therfor the request of Mr. Farabaugh is accepted on these conditions. There being no further business to come before the Board, it was so announced and the meeting was adjourned at 10:45 A.M.
