Permission is granted for this request with the understanding that additional time off, over the usual fifteen day vacation period, will be made up by said Harmon. The hearings on the property owned by Benjamen and Gladys Stovall, 1016-1 North Main Street and the property owned by Vernon Hastings at 510 S. 26th Street will be continued for one week. Hearing will be held on Monday, September 29, 1958. Nick Horvath, City Electrical Department Superintendent, recommends the installa- tion of the following 4000 lumen lights: Floral and Mayflower Circle Scenic and Mayflower Circle 4900 Block Scenic Drive 2500 lumen light in rear of 1223 Thomas Street, at the cross alley There being no further business to come before the Board, it was so announced and the meeting was adjourned at 10:30 A.M. Chicago Street Attorney Alles appeared before the Board with reference to same, and After due consideration, the Board makes a finding that this matter be continued for three weeks and within this period the structure involved is to be demolished.
