Mi. Harold A: Schuttrow, Chairman of the South Bend Firemen's Association, hereby
requests permission from the Board to hold it's annual Firemen's Ball at the Melody
Gardens Ballroom, Friday, September 12, 1958. Permission granted.
Applications for the Fire Department were examined and placed on file from Robert Smith.
Applications for the Police Department were examined and placed 6n file for Mr. Joseph
Molnar.
Nick Horvath. Supt. of the Electrical Department, recommends the installation of the
following street lights:
4000 lumen light at 4000 block Brentwood Drive
4000 lumen light at 1800 block S. Nash Street
2500 lumen light in mid -alley between Iroquois and
Parkovash Avenue lying north of North Shore Dr.
There being no further business To come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned
