Minutes of the previous regu- lar meeting were read and approved. Special police permits are now approved for Robert Dean Whittaker. Applications for the Police Department were approved for Willie Robertson and placed on file. Applications for the Fire Department were approved for James Makowski and placed on file. Nick Horvath, Elec. Department Superintendent, recommends the installation of the following street lights: The addition of ten (10) 4000 lumen lights on LaPorte Avenue from Washington Street to Lincoln Way west and increase two(2) present lights from 1000 lumen to 4000 lumen.
