A regular meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on Monday, March 31,
1958 at 10:00 A.M. (CST). All members were present. Minutes of the previous
regular meeting were read and approved. Claims in the total amount of $2,089.11
were approved and ordered paid to the following suppliers:

The bids were awarded to the following for the Contractor and Electrical Wiring
of the Central Fire Station Service Garage Addition.
Carl Reinke & Sons for the amount of $19,861.00 which includes base bid price
with additional addendum.
Koontz Wagner Electric Company for the amount of $2,450.00 which includes the
base bid and an additional $580.00.
A special police application is now approved for Mr. Theodore J. Karczewski,3017
Roger Street, South Bend, Indiana.
Special police officer's bonds covering the Bendix Corporation are now approved
and placed on file.
Applications for the Police Department were examined and placed on file for
Jack Piechowicz, Edward Pishnoff, James Rzeszewski, Jack Mesaros, and Joseph
Zakowski.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned
at 11:15 A.M. (CST).
