A regular meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on Monday, March 39 1958
at 10:00 A.M.. (cst) All members were present. Minutes of the previous regular
meeting were read and approved. Claims in the total amount of $L3,782.33 were
approved and ordered paid to the following suppliers:

A petition is hereby received from Mr. Lloyd Henderson, 1527 Kemble Avenue asking
for the improvement of Kemble Avenue on the corner of the alley of 1519 Kemble Avenue
by the construction of a street light. Petition referred to the City Electrical De-
partment for investigation.
Applications for the Fire Department were examined and placed on file for Leonard
Roundtree.
Applications for the Police Department were examined and placed on file for Fred
Gantert and Frank Van DerHagen.
Fire Chief Aadrzejewski and Batt. Chief Lederer hereby request permission to go
to Purdue University for one day on Tuesday, March 41 1958. Permission granted.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting as adjourn-
ed at 10:55 A.M. (CST).
