Aregular meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on Monday, December 309
1957 at 10:00 A.M. (CST). All members were present. Minutes of the previous
regular meeting were read and approved. Claims in the total amount of $530.77

Batt. Chief Lederrer hereby requests permission to attend a course in Fire Department
Instructor School on January 6 through 10, inclusive at Purdue University in West
Lafayette, Indiana. Permission granted.
Nick Horvath, Electrical Superintendent, recommends the increasing of street lights
from 4000 lumen to 6000 lumen at Vermont Place and Kentucky Street and Ford street
and Kentucky Street.

There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned
