A regular meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on Monday, October
14, 1957 at 9:00 A.M. (CST). All members were present. Minutes of the pre-
vious regular meeting were read and approved. Claims in the total amount
of $$5,512.08 were approved and ordered paid to the following suppliers:

Fireman Borkowski hereby submits application for a monthly disability pension
for the Fire Department. This action as been governed by ,the recommendation of
Dr. English, medical examiner, whose physical findings that the applicant for
retirement is physically incapacitated. Board now approves the application of
said Borkowski and pension to become effective as of the 16th day of October,
1957.
Special policemen's bonds are hereby approved for Robert S. Kizer and Fred F.
Miller.
Fire applications are now examined and accepted for Aaron Brown.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was ad-
journed at 10:30 A.M. (DST).
