A regular meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on Monday, October
7, 1957 at 10:00 A.M. Irving J. Smith, Chairman was absent. Minutes of the
previous regular meeting were read and approved. Claims of the following
suppliers in the total amount of $3,395.45 were approved and ordered paid:

A permit for special police application is now approved for Clarence J. Meyers.
Applications for the Police Department were examined and placed on file for Ervin
Kuspa.
Applications for the Police Auxiliary School Patrol are now examined and placed on
file for Lois Harmon.
The monthly reports for September 1957 are accepted and placed on file from the
Police Department and the Weights & Measures Department.
Nick Horvath, Superintendent of the Electrical Department, recommends the installa-
tion of the following street lights:
Intersection of Eddy Street and Angela Boulevard
southeast corner, northeast corner, and north-
west corner.
Rear of Children's hospital, at the driveway on
Eddy Street.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned
at 10:30 A.M.
