the Board hereby approves the installation of the following street lights:
Intersection of Carroll & Tutt Streets
At 121 South Twyckenham Drive
At 510 North Cushing Street
At 602 North Cushing Street
Three (3) lights on the North half of Logan, between
Jefferson & McKinley. (Mishawaka agreed to
install lights on the south half of Logan).
At 2618 McArthur Street
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourn-
ed at 10:45 A. M. (DST).

A regular meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on Monday, September
23, 1957 at 10:00 A.M. (DST). All members were presebt. Minutes of the pre-

Simon and Samuel Haynes.
Fire Department applications are now accepted and placed on file for Emery
Retek.
Fire Chief Andrzjewski appeared before the Board recommending that an Ordinance
be adopted in the City of South Bend with reference to requiring that all laund-
erettes in the City have an attendant on duty at all times. Chief is hereby
authorized to submit letter to Board requesting same and immediate action would
be taken.
