HomeMy WebLinkAbout09/14/57 Board of Public Works Special Meeting MinutesSeptember 14, 1957 A special meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on Saturday at 10:00 A.M. (DST). All members were present. Appearing before the Board were Chief Dutrieux, Ass't. Chief Burkhart, and Inspector Hazinski. The matter before the Board at this time is the reslg- nation from the South Bend Police Department of a one Leonard Brooks, Jr. to become effective immediately as of this date. Board now accepts and approves resignation of said Brooks. There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 10:20 A.M. (DST). CHAIRMAN ATTEST: A TV Y J. SABO, CLERK September 16, 1957 A regular meeting of the Board of Public Works & Safety was held on Monday at 10:00 A.M. (DST). All members were present. Minutes of the previous regular meeting were read and approved. Police Chief Dutrieux appeared before the Board and requested permission to send 4 men to attend the Eleventh Annual Indiana State Police Pistol Matches to be held on September 24, 25, 269 1957 at Putnamville, Indiana. Permission granted.
