A regular meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on Tuesday, September 3,
1957. All mbmbers were present. Minutes of the previous regular meeting were
read and approved. Claims of the following suppliers in the total amount of
$2,612.92 were approved and ordered paid:

A special police application is hereby approved for Robert Eugene Morgan.
Special bond for special police officers is approved for Robert Eugene Morgan and
Edward William Stillson.
Upon recommendation by the Chief of Police, Sgt. Charles Kile will be reduced to
the rank of Patrolman effective as of September 1, 1957.
The contract for the Fire Hose for the Fire Department is awarded to the following
bidder:.
Midwest Fire & Safety Company A non -collusion affidavit and a bidder's
1605 Prospect Street - bond in the amount of $500.00 accom-
Indianapolis, Indiana panied the bid.

There being no further business to come before the Board, the m eting was adjourned
