Sikorski at this time admits that he received the notice bf,.the hearing to be held before the Board of Public Safety this 5th day of August, 1957 at 10:00 A.M. (DST) on his violation of Section 16 and Section 25 of the Rules and Regulations of the Fire Department of the City of South. Bend as served personally. by Batt. Chief Stanley Olejniczak. Chairman Smith now reads the charges as filed against said Sikorski and also th e Section 16 and Section 25 of the Rules and Regulations of the. Fire'Department of the City of South Bend. Clem J. Sikorski admits that he was in violation of both sections and pleads guilty to the charges. After due consideration, the BOARD makes the following finding in regards to said Sikorski: Clem J. Sikorski will be fined one (1) month's salary, effective as of August 2, 1957. Clem J. Sikorski having appeared before the Board in person and also having examined charges that were read to him, he admits to both charges and based upon his admission he is found guilty. There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 10:45 A.M. (DST). Upon recommendation by the Superintendent of the Electrical Department, Nick Horvath, the following 4000 lumen street lights were installed: 116. S. Wellington 122 N. Ford St. 1239 Oak Ridge Drive Corner of Huron and Lombardy Dr. There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 10:35 A.M. (DST).
