INFORMAL MEETING OF THE COMMON COUNCIL NOVEMBER 14, 2016
Present: Tim Scott, Gavin Ferlic, Oliver Davis, Karen White, Regina Williams- Preston,

Agenda:
1. Discussion of Council Agenda
2. Update and Announcements

Council President Tim Scott called the meeting to order. The Council went over the agenda for
that night's formal Council meeting and detailed the recommendations for each bill from the
various committees.
Make a motion to set Historic Preservation Committee public hearing for December 12, 2016
and authorize the City Clerk to send the two (2) page summary that was filed for the city and
sent to the entire Council.
With no further business before the Council, Council President Tim Scott adjourned the meeting
at 6:39 p.m.
