A special meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on Tuesday,
October 15, 1963 at 10:00 A.M. All members were present. The following
business was transacted:
APPOINTMENTS: POLICE DEPARTMENT (HOFF AND DEFREEUWI_
The following applicants for the Police Department$ having passed the
physical examinations of the City and having been accepted by the
Police Pension Board and further$ having been recommended by Police
Chief Harman$ are hereby approved by the Board and made probationary
police Officers for a period of nine months.
Said appointments are effective October 16, 1963, and the applicants
are: Erwin Jonathon Hoff, Jr., and Julius Richard DeFreeuw.
There being no further business to come before the Boardq the meeting
was adjourned at 10:30 A.M.
