A special meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on Saturday,
September 219 1963 at 10:30 A.M. All members were present. The
Following business was transacted:

The Board having considered the evidence in the hearing against Officer
Floyd Chrapliwy held on the 13th day of September, 1963, how finds
that he has violated the regulations heretofor filed against him and
the finding of the Board is as follows:
That Officer Floyd Chrapliwy is suspended from duly for 29 days beginning
on the 25th day of August, 1963 to and including the 22nd day of
September, and all take home compensation which is due him from the
25th day of August to the 22nd day of September should be forfeited and
said sum of money shall be paid to the Police Pension Fund.
Officer Floyd Chrapliwy will return to duty at 10:45 P.M. Sunday,
September 22nd for his regular work day on the 23rd.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting
was adiourned at 10:50 A.M.
