September 6, 1963
A special meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on Friday,
September 6, 1963 at 3:30 P.M. All members were present. The
following business was transacted:
PERMISSION TO ATTEND PISTOL TOURNAMENT POLICE DEPARTMENT_
Permission was granted to the following police officers to be
excused from regular assignment to attend the 18th Annual Indiana
State Police Invitational Pistol Tournament to be held at Putnamville,
Indiana on September 10, 11, 12, 1963:
Albright, Jensen and Szuba to be excused September 91 10, 11 and
12. Szweda and Seals to be excused September 10, 11, 12 and 139
1963.
Chief Harman is granted permission to attend on Wednesday night,
September 11 and Thursday, September 12 in order to be present
at the awarding,of trophies on Wednesday night, September 11, 1963.
There being no furt4er business to come before the Board, the meeting
was adjourned at 3:40 P.M..
