A regular meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on Monday,
March 4, 1963. Messrs. R. S. Andrysiak and Iiving J. Smith were present.
Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved. Vouchers
Yo'uchers were.approved and ordered paid to the various suppliers.
BUILDING DEPARTMENT - SUB -STANDARD DIVISION ( HEARINGS�
Comes now',,John,;GrAarz, of the Stab -Standard Division of the Building
Department, and states that Mr. Miller, realtor, is appearing on
behalf of property located at €01 E. Pennsylvania. Mr. Miller also
states that this property, owned by Ernest Miltenberger, will be
representated by a Mr. Miller od behalf of Highland Cemetery Association.
Due to business commitment, Mr. Miller was unable to be present.
Therefore, the hearing was continued for -one week.
With reference to property located at 22M N. Huey Street, owned by
Mr. Jacob Overholt,, Mr. Grabarz advised the Board that Mr. Overholt
was directed to appear before the Board to show cause why repair
orders had not been complied with.
gince Mr. Overholt failed to appear, it was the decision of the Board
that Mr. Grabarz proceed with condemnation orders.
With reference to property located at 525 Cottage Grove Avenue,
hearing on this was continued for one week. -
APPLICATION: POLICE DEPARTMENT
An application from Gerald Louis Sosnoski for the Police Department
was accepted and ordered placed on file.
ACCIDENT REPORT: POLICE DEPARTMENT
An accident report from the Police Department involving Police cars, no
injuries, was accepted by the Board and ordered placed on file.
SPECIAL POLICE BOND ( M. GILBERT
A Special Police Bond for Milton A. Gilbert was approved and ordered
placed on file.
APPLICATION: FIRE DEPARTMENT_
An application for the Fire Department from Martin C. Kruszewski was
accepted and ordered placed on file.
PETITION: STREET LIGHT (APOSTOLIC TEMPLE CHURCH
A Petition from residents of Ewing Avenue requests installation of a
street light at West driveway of Apostolic Temple Church Parking Lot
in the lot east of 1917 E. Ewing Avenue was referred to Nicholas Horvath,
Superintendent of the Electrical Department for investigation and
recommendation.
STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS
Street Light Outage Reports were accepted and ordered placed on file.
ACCIDENT REPORTS: FIRE DEPARTMENT
Two non -injury accident reports were filed by the Fire Department,
accepted and ordered placed on file.

There being no further business to come before the Board, the
meeting was adjourned at 10:45 A.M.
