A special meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on -Monday,
July. 16, 1962 at 2:30 P.M. All members were present. The following
business was discussed:
AWARDING OF CONTRACT - FIRE DEPARTMENT ( PAINTING OF FIRE STATIONS )
After examination of the bid submitted for the painting of :certain
portions of Fire Stations Nos. _5, 6, 7, S and Central Station, it
was the decision of the Board to award the contract to the following
and only bidder..:
Lower's
1636 Lincolnway West
South Bend, Ind.
Painting of Fire'.Stations Nos. 5, 6, 7, g and Central, as
per specifications_. $19116.00
2 Coat for Central (Alternate) 425.00
$�l, 541.00
.There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting
was adjourned at 2:50 P.M.
