Attached please find the updated Registry of Pre -Qualified Contractors for the Sewer Insurance
Program for approval by the Board of Public Works. This Registry shall be used for the contractor
rotations for the Sewer Insurance Program.

For Sewer Insurance Work
The following is the Registry of Pre -Qualified Contractors ("The Registry") as required per the City of
South Bend's Sewer Insurance Policy as accepted by the Board of Public Works on November 12,
2013. This Registry includes all contractors pre -qualified through 2016, all pre -qualification
applications provided to the Sewer Insurance Program Administrator as of December 22, 2016, their
pre -qualification status ("Fully", "Provisionally", or "Rejected"), as well as comments regarding
current work performance.
