Here is an explanation for the Change Order being submitted.
The reason(s) for the Change Order request is as follows:
1. The original contract documents called for a Utility Allowance in the amount of Five Thousand
Dollars and No Cents ($5,000.00) which went unused.
The deduct amount for the allowance is $5,000.00. This represents a decrease of 3.85% for the overall
project cost.
