The reason(s) for the Change Order request is as follows: 1. Removal of mirrors, delete solid surface restroom doors, delete new exterior window, and new entry door and sidelite, etc. were deleted from the scope of work as directed by the Owner. 2. Changes to casework in Wet Bar / Closet Room No. 205 resulting from unforeseen existing conditions. 3. Changes to electrical feed above ceiling serving receptacles above wet bar in Lounge Room No. 202, as a result of unforeseen conditions. 4. Add stainless steel bar sink and faucet in Lounge Room No. 202 to replace existing unit. 5. Remove and replace existing ceiling tile and grid in Lounge Room No. 202 to make entire ceiling uniform. The deduct amount for this work shall be $12,078.00. This represents a decrease of 5.86% for the overall project cost. 28 calendar days are also being added to the completion date. The changes to the scope of work listed herein result from corrections to existing, and unforeseen, conditions involving both general construction and electrical items. The changes to eliminate the new door and sidelight to Suite 17 Room No. 101 and new exterior window in Conference Room No. 207, and others, were directed by the Owner.
