On December 22, 2016, the Board of Public Works opened and read bids for the above
project. The bidders ranked by Base Bid Amount as follows:

The Division of Engineering has reviewed all of the quotes and recommends that the
Board reject all bids due to the bids coming in over budget and re -advertise the project with an
adjusted scope to meet the budget.
