COMMERCE CENTER DEVELOPMENT
COMMUNITY INFORMATIONAL MEETING
The Council Zoning and Annexation Committee is hosting a community informational meeting
regarding Bill No. 41-16, the Matthews, LLC Commerce Center Development proposal at 401 E. Colfax
Ave. The informational meeting will take place on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. in the
Common Council Informal Meeting Room in the County-City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., South
Bend, IN 46601. Bill No. 41-16 was forwarded to the Common Council from the Area Plan Commission
with no recommendation. Common Councilmembers want to engage additional public comment on the
proposal before the official public hearing. Members of the City Administration, Common Council and
the Area Plan Commission will be attendance at Tuesday’s informational meeting. For additional
