A regular meeting of the Board of Public Works and Safety convened at 9:00
A.M. on February 23, 1968, with all members present.
The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and approved.
APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT - FIRE DEPARTMENT
Application for employment with the South Bend Fire Department of Ambrose
Galen Fields, 1226 Clover Street, South Bend, Indiana, dated 7/24/67, was
received and filed.'
APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT - POLICE DEPARTMENT
Applications for employment with the South Bend Police Department of:
James Stephen Bacsa, 1908 S. Jackson Street, South Bend, Indiana; dated
1/12/68; and of Ronald L. Wilson, 1019 S. Twyckenham Drive, South Bend,
Indiana, dated 2/19/68, were received and ordered filed.
ANNUAL REPORT - FIRE DEPARTMENT
The 1967 annual report of the South Bend Fire Department was reviewed and
ordered filed.
STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS
Street light outage reports for the period 2/15/68 to 2/21/68 received and
ordered filed.
