The regular meeting of the Board of Public Works and Safety was called to order with
all members present. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
SPECIAL POLICE APPLICATIONS
Special Police'Applications were approved for Fred Lee Bergman for St. Joseph Hospital,
Roland Horace Longley for St. Joseph County Civil Defense Poli.ce,.and for Arthur
Brocksmith for the Ford Motor Credit Corporation and sent to the Police Chief for
his signature.,
POLICE DEPARTMENT APPLICATIONS
Police Department applications were filed for Larry Dean Hostetler and Larry Dean
Anderson.
STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS
The street light outage reports were filed for the week by the Board of Public Works
and Safety.
REQUEST FCB TRANSFER OF FUNDS
Cecil C. McHenry, Fire Chief requested
from Q 311 (Coal) to Q-312 (Oil). The
following resolution:
a transfer of funds in the amount of #378.21
Board approved the transfer makng the
Resolution No. 19: It is hereby resolved unanimously by the Board of Public Works
and Safety that.$378.21 be transferred from Q-311 (Coal) to Q-312 (Oil), all being
in the same general fund.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
