he regular meeting of the Board o Public Works was called to order at 10;00
M. with all members present. e minutes of the previous meeting were
read and approved.
TrAFFIC SIGNS
Mr. Clem Hazinski, Traffic Director asked that the following be added to the Board
of Public Works meeting:
Change the Time Limit signs from 2 Hour to 30 Minute at 1.313-13k
West Washington Street.
One hour parking 6AM to 6 PM Except Sundays signs at 2810 Miwhawaka Ave.
at Dick Thomas Heating Co.
Change the Yield sign to Stop sign on S. E. Corner of Marine and
Fairview.
The Board approved the preceding changes of signs.
STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEONT
Mr. Clem Hazinski, Traffic Director, asked that the following changes be made
in the present street lighting in the 100 block of South Lafayette Blvd. in the
vicinity of the new County City Bldg.
Remove six 10,000 lumen undergroung steel pole units and install six
40,800 lumen underground steel pole units.
The preceiding change was approved by the Board.
LICATIONS:
An application for the Police Department for Larry Chafes Blume was approved
by the Board and ordered filed.
An application for the Fire Department for Thomas Lee Haluda was approved and
ordered filed by the Board.
STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS
The street light outage reports for the week were approved by the Board.
