The regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was held on April1.10 at 10:00
A. M. with all members present. The minutes of the previous meeting were read
and approved.
STREET LIGHT PETITION• E LaSalle A venue
Mrs. P. Frank of 1153 E. LaSalle Avenue and others submitted a petition for a
street light to be installed in the 1100-1200 Block of E. LaSalle Avenue.
The petition was filed and ordered to the Engineers office for study and
investigation.
TRAFFIC::: ENGINEER
Mr. Clem Hazinski, Traffic Engineer asked that that the following be added to
the record of the Board of Public Works:
TWO HOUR PARKING signs & posts at 2705 Mishawaka Avenue.
The same was approved.
TRAFFIC ENGINEER - FOUR. WAY STOP AT NOTRE DAME AND HOWARD
Mr. Clem Hazinski, Traffic Director, submitted a report on the Hazards at Notre
Dame and Howard.
He has recommended that a four-way stop be installed at this intersection. Same
was approved by the Board.
APPLICATIONS: POLICE DEPARTMENT
Applications for the police department were submitted by Jon LeRoy Robinson of
1207 Diamond Avenue and David Arnold Litteral of 3708 Curtiss Drive. The Board
ordered the applications filed.
S REET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS
The street light outage reports were ordered filed for the week.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
