The regular meeting of the Board of Public Works and Safety was called to order
at 10:00 A. M. with all members present. The minutes of the previous meeting
were read and approved.
ACIl�IfENT: PORTAGE TOWNSHIP FIRE PROTECTION
The agreement for the Portage Township fire protection was signed by -the Board.
The Secretary was instructed to send same to Porta ge Township Trustee.
The agreement will be discussed at later meetings as Mr. Taylor thought the
protection rate should be increased, Mr. Taylor cast a dissenting vote.
SPECIAL POLICEMAN"S BOND
A special policeman's bond was approved for Glen Francis Lowry.
STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS
The street light outage reports were approved for the week and ordered filed.
POLICE DEPARTMENT - REPORTS
The police department reports for December and the Annual Report were approved
and ordered filed.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
