It is the opinion of the department headed by Ralph J. Wadzinski, that a petition
for a street light at 713 W. LaSalle be denied as there is a 4,000 lumen light
not more that 100' to the west of the addresses and a 7,000 Lumen ]sight
to the.east on the corner of Scott and LaSalle not more than 2501 away.
The Secretary was instructed to notify the petitioners,of this denial„
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

A special meeting of the Board of Public Works and Safety was held in the conference
room at City Hall at 3:30 P. M. with all members present.
The Board met for this special session pursuant to the case of the Board of Safety
against Officer Lorenzo Hill.
The transcript of this session is on file in the office of the Board of Public
Works.
