A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:03 a.m. on Tuesday,
December 20. 2016, by Board Member Suzarnna Fritzberg with Board Members llterese Doran
and James Mueller present. Board President Gary Gilot and Board Member Elizabeth Maradik
were absent. The meeting was held in the 13u Floor Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W.
Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana.
APPROVE CLAIMS
Ms. Fritzberg stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is
fully supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims:
and the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy. Ms. Fritzberg

Therefore, Mr. Mueller made a motion that after review of the expenditures, the claims be
approved as submitted. Ms. Doran seconded the motion, which carried.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion by Mr. Mueller, seconded
by Ms. Doran and carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:06 a.m.
