The regular meeting of the Board of Public Works and Safety_was called to order
at 10:00 A. M. with members Robert J. DuComb and Lloyd Taylor present. The
minutes of the previous meeting were -read and approved.
PETITION.- STREET LIGHT
A petition for a street light from Callie Watson and signed by :several other
residents was submitted for 612 No. Walnut Street was filed by the Board and
referred to EugneeIRa decki for investigation and recommendation.
APPLICATIONS: POLICE DEPARTMENT
The following applications for the police department were filed by the Board:
Thomas Lee Ladd and Ike Thomas Butler.
APPLICATIONS - FIRE DEPARTMENT
The following applications for the fire department were filed by the Board:
CS3 Robert William Drajer and Calvin James Everly.
STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS
The street light outage reports for the week were accepted and filed by the
Board.
