April 4, 1966
The regular meeting.of the Board of Works and Safety was held at 10:00 A.M.
on April 4, 1966, with'all members present. I Minutes of the last meeting
were read and approved.
APPLICATION - POLICE DEPARTMENT
An application for the police department from Donald Eugene Pinckert was
accepted and ordered placed on file.
SPECIAL POLICE — BOND CANCELLED.
A letter from American District Telegraph Company, 224 W. Jefferson Blvd.
South Bend, Indiana, asking thetBoard to cancel records on special police
powers for Herbert Hajicek, as he is no longer in their 'employ, was ordered
placed on file.
TRAFFICE ENGINEER - SIGNS:,
V The following traffic signs were submitted by Traffic Director, Clem Hazinski
and approved by the Board:
1. 1130 Minute Parking".signs at east and west of 815 E. LaSalle
2. 2 1130 Minute Parking Limit" signs at east and west P/L of
814 E. LaSalle (Ransom and Randolph)
3. 1130 Minute Parking Limit w/Arrows" signs at 702 E. Jefferson.
Replace the 112 Hour Parking Limit" signs (2) with "30 Minute
Parking" on west side of 702 E. Jefferson,
4. "No Parking w/Arrows" sign on Bellewood Drive (rear drive of
Washington High School.
STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS
Street light outage reports were accepted and ordered placed on file.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:55 A. M.
