The regular meeting of the Board of Works and Safety was opened at 10:00 A. M.
with members Robert J. DuComb_and Lloyd Taylor present. The minutes of the
last meeting were read and placed on file.
POLICE DEPARTMENT - SPECIAL POLICE APPOINTMENTS
Irving Hampton, Chief of Police, presented the following names as special
police for the street department: John C. Borkowski, Charles W. Kile,
Robert J. Shanks, Anthony H. Prebys, Frank L. Kinyon, and Victor Szabo.
The preceding six men were all approved by the Board.
APPLICATION - POLICE DEPAR'IlV[ENT
An application for the police department from Robert A. Dobecki was approved
by the Board and ordered placed on File.
BOND - WILLIAM KRILL - SPECIAL POLICE.
A bond. covering William Krill, special police appointment, was approved and
ordered placed on file.
STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS
The street light outage reports were approved and ordered placed on file.
There being no further business,
the meeting was adjourned at 11:00 A. M.
