Dear Board Members,
The Central Services Division requests your permission to advertise for various Refuse Roll -Off
Containers for Solid Waste. These containers will be funded by the 2017 Solid Waste Capital
Lease Principal & Interest.
We ask the board to proceed with all necessary legal requirements and post notice of the attached
specifications to all qualified vendors.
