Special Meeting - February 3, 1970
A special meeting of the Board of Public ':,corks and Safety convened at
8:45 A.M. , on February 3, 1970, with all members present.
Also present was Police Officer William Stcynoff.and Chief McDonald.
The meeting was called to consider Corporal William Stoynoff's plea of
Guilty on January 19, 1970, to the charge of violation of Section 4.35
of the Rules and Regulations of the Police Department.
Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, Officer Stoynoff is '
demoted from the rank of Corporal to that of Patrolman.lst class, effective
February 1, 1970.
There being no further business to came before the Board, the meeting
adjourned at 9:10 A.M.
