A special meeting of the Board of Public Works and Safety convened at 8:45.
A.M., on January 19, 1970, with S. J. Crumpacker and James A. Bickel present.
Also present were Police Officer William Stoynoff, Chief of Police Loren M.
Bussert and Deputy Attorney Robert J. DuComb, Jr.
The meeting was called to consider the charges filed against Corporal William
Stoynoff on January 14, 1970, by Chief of Police ofxA cxl(bm Loren M. Bussert
for violation, on January 7, 1970, of Section 4.35 of the Rules and Regulations
of the South Bend Police Department.
The charge was read to Corporal Stoynoff and testimony was heard.
Mr. Stoynoff pleaded "guilty" to the charge.
Thereupon, upon motion made, seconded and carried, the matter was taken under
advisement by the Board.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting ad-
journed at 9:10 A.M.
