,Special Meeting June 25, 1969
A special meeting of the Board of Public Works and Safety convened at 7:30
P.M., on June 25, 1969, in the Council Chambers, City Hall. Present were
Lloyd S. Taylor, James A. Bickel and John Worley of Clyde`E. Williams &
Associates, Inc., consulting engineer.
IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3289, 1969 - bei-,g for the improvement of
Dale Avenue, from Ewing to Fox Street,by constructing a Class C pave-
ment with curb repair.
IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3290, 1969 - being for the improvement of
St. Peter Street, from Howard Street to Corby Boulevard, by construct-
ing a Class C pavement with curb repair.
In the above Improvement Resolutions, consulting engineer files estimates
of the cost of such improvements.
After hearing all persons interested who appeared, and being fully advised
in the premises, and the Clerk having shown proofs of publication of notice
to property owners and the same having been found sufficient, the. Board de-
cides that the benefits to the property liable to be assessed for said im-
provements are equal to the estiamted cost of the same as reported by the
City Engineer, BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED by the Board that said improvement.,.
Resolutions duly passed on the 2nd day of June, 1959, be, and the same are
hereby in oil things confirmed as passed, and the improvements are hereby
ordered made.
