A special meeting of the Board of Public Works and Safety convened at 7:30
P.M., on June 10, 1969, in the Council Chambers, City Hall. Present were,
James A. Bickel, City Controller, and S. J: Crumpacker, City Attorney.
Also present was John Worley of Clyde E. Williams & Associates, Inc., con -
suiting engineers.
IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3283, 1969 CONFIRMED - FELLOWS STREET - SEWER
For the improvement of Fellows Street, Walters Street and Ireland Road Area,
from Ireland Road north to Walters, west in Walters Street for approximately
470 feet, and along Ireland Road west'..of Fellows for approximately 500 feet,
by constructing a local sewer.
After hearing all persons interested who appeared and being fully advised
in the premises, and the Clerk of the Board having shown proofs of publi-
cation of notice to property owners and the same having been found sufficient,
C the Board decides that the benefits to the property liable to be assessed for
said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the same as reported
by the consulting engineer. Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
Public Works and Safety that Improvement Resolution No. 3283 heretofore
% adopted for said improvement be, and the same is; hereby, in all things
confirmed, except that the portion of the sewer along the north side of Ireland
Road west of Fellows Street is deleted.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meetingad-
journed at 3:45 P.M.
