A special meeting of the Board of Public Works and Safety convened at
11:00 A.M., on June 4, 1969, with all members present.
The purpose of the meeting was to consider the request of Fire Chief
Joseph L. Zurat for the transfer of funds as.follows:
$4000.00 from Acct. Q-11 (services personal) to Acct. Q-43 (repair parts)
$4000.00 from Acct. Q-11 (services personal) to Acct. Q-262 (medical, etc.)
$3500.00 from Acct. Q-11 (services personal) to Acct. Q-722 (motor equipment)
Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board approved the
request for the first two transfers of $4000.00 each, and deferred action
on the third request for transfer of $3500.00 until a later date.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting ad-
journed at 11:20 A.M.
